Refund Policy

Digital services are generally non-refundable after delivery unless the file is technically unusable. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will repair or re-deliver promptly.

Before Delivery

If you cancel before we begin editing, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any preparation costs.

After Delivery

Basic includes 0 revisions, Standard includes 1 revision, Premium includes 2 revisions. All revision requests must be within the original project scope and submitted within 7 days of delivery. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately. If the deliverable is technically unusable, we will fix or re-deliver at no cost.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited. We provide clear scope, timestamps, and delivery evidence for payment processors.
