Our Trademarks

The following names, logos, and marks are trademarks or service marks of RepreWind AI Dev (collectively, "ShortFormFactory"):

SFFOS™ — ShortFormFactory Operating System
ShortFormFactory logo — the stylized SFF logo and associated visual identity
Any slogans, taglines, or product names used in connection with our services

Permitted Uses

You may use our trademarks in the following limited ways without prior written permission:

Referring to ShortFormFactory by name in editorial, journalistic, or informational contexts
Indicating compatibility or integration (e.g., "works with ShortFormFactory") in a truthful and non-misleading manner
Including our marks in academic or non-commercial research

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our trademarks in ways that:

Suggest affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by ShortFormFactory without written approval
Could cause confusion with or dilute our brand identity
Are used in domain names, company names, or product names without authorization

Logo & Visual Identity

Our logo files may not be altered, recolored, distorted, or combined with other marks. Do not remove the trademark symbol (™) when displaying our marks. A brand asset kit is available for approved partners — contact us to request access.

Reporting Misuse
