By accessing or using ShortFormFactory (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
ShortFormFactory is an AI-powered short-form video infrastructure platform (SFFOS) that automates script generation, voiceover, video assembly, and multi-platform publishing. The Platform is provided as-a-service and subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that these conditions are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts, reverse-engineer the Platform, or use it to violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full Platform access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will downgrade unless you select a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may not use the Platform to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
You retain ownership of all content you produce using the Platform. ShortFormFactory retains ownership of the Platform itself, its underlying technology, trademarks, and brand assets. See our Trademark Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortFormFactory and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are waived. Governing law is the State of Delaware, USA.
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, you agree to contact us at support@shortformfactory.com to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
